To register for this service you need to be a current tenant or have an active application to be rehoused. If you are a current tenant then specify your Tenancy Reference below. You can find this on your:

  • Rent statement
  • Annual Rent variation notice
  • Any rent arrrears letter

If you have forgotten your password, please simply re-enter your details below

Should you not be able to locate your Tenancy Reference or need further assistance, please call 01623 450000 (option 1, then option 2) during normal working hours.
